Delivery methods

Our preferred courier is FedEx and DPD. We will occasionally use alternative courier companies for some deliveries depending on package size, weight and destination.

Delivery schedule

We endeavour to delivery all Mainland UK* orders placed within 3-5 working days of order. Delivery times are ultimately the responsibility of the couriers and Trimcraft take no responsibility for any delayed orders. EU orders often take up to 5 working days and international orders can between 5 and 10 working days.

Delivery rates (UK)

The minimum order is £100 exclusive of VAT. Mainland UK* delivery is charged at £10 for all orders placed under a total of £200 (ex VAT).

Delivery is free of charge on orders over the value of £200 exclusive of VAT, Mainland UK*

*Mainland UK does not include - Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man & Channel Islands which may take longer than the standard 3-5 working days and will incur a standard delivery charge of £13.50 per order.

Delivery rates (European / International deliveries)

Delivery rates depend on 3 factors; the weight of the orders, the volumetric size of the goods ordered and the location to which the order is being delivered.
