I can’t remember my password! What should I do?

We can easily get you logged back into your account, head to the login page and click forgotten password, enter the email address you registered with and we will send you a reset link to update your password and get you logged in. 

My order is damaged or broken. How can I resolve it?

We want to help resolve issues like this as quickly as possible, please use our contact form or email sales@drkpromotions.co.uk with your order number, the faulty items product code (this can be found just above the barcode) and a description of the fault. Images of the fault can also help us with quality control issues. 

There are wrong or missing items in my order. How do I get help?

Can I collect my order directly from you?

We do have the option for you to collect, depending on the size of your order, we will confirm how many days you should allow us before collecting. Please contact us at sales@drkpromotions.co.uk or speak to us on our website chat arrange any collections.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, you can do this at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your emails.
